Deborah Munroe – Executive Director
Deborah is Métis and has a background in finance and administration. She oversees the entire program; She is very passionate about helping Aboriginal People succeed.

Terri Sebzda – Executive Assistant/Finance Officer
Terri Sebzda comes to Trade Winds with 10 years experience in an Executive Assistant position within the President's office at NAIT. She is dedicated to her work and the students outcome in this program. With an upbeat personality, she is a welcome asset to our program.

Bonnie Gravel – Project Manager – EdmontonBonnie is a Métis woman who was born and raised in Alberta. She is new to Trade Winds and has over 10 years in the career development field as an Employment Counsellor and Life Skills Instructor. She has worked with youth and Aboriginal People in both BC and Alberta. Her own background makes her a strong advocate for people dealing with life challenges. Welcome Bonnie!! |
Alan Telford – Employment Specialist – Edmonton
Alan Telford comes to Trade Winds with years of experience with organizations such as Métis Nation of Alberta and Bent Arrow in Employment Counselling and Case Management. He is a welcome addition to our team!

Orest Zwozdesky – Project Manager – Calgary
Orest is a Metis person originally from Saskatchewan. He brings a passion for assisting people to push the edges of their own limitations to uncover something new about themselves for growth. He also brings a host of community liaison experience and a transformational coaching background.

Don Finley – Facilitator/Instructor – Edmonton
Instructor, Edmonton office. Years of teaching experience and administrative experience as a Principal of different schools over the last fifteen years. Family with seven grandchildren and four children.

Robert Bryenton – Facilitator/Instructor – Calgary
Robert’s skills as a teacher and as an engineer give him the ability to help guide his clients to reach their goals. He has worked very closely with the Aboriginal community for several years. Robert is truly invested in his client’s success.

Mary Garska – Project Assistant – Edmonton
Mary brings a strong administrative background, she is familiar with a non profit agency environment and comes with experience in the trades apprenticeship process. Her professional outlook and friendly approach is well received.

Leanne Froese –Employment Relations Specialist – Calgary
Leanne is a Saskatchewan Cree and provides project support to the Calgary Office. She is from the Treaty 6 area. Her background in the trades, administration and engineering give her solid knowledge and skills.

Deborah Hunter –Project Assistant – Calgary
Deborah is of Nakoda Sioux and Cree descent. She has experience working in Community Corrections and Justice Programs, having worked closely with both the Tsuu T'ina and Stoney Nations for several years.
